This program is a hands-on, real-time learning experience. Each week you’ll join a 2-hour live, facilitated session that focuses on a key impact of psychological safety.

Recognize the behaviors that undermine safety and explore the building blocks that strengthen it.
Begin observing your team more closely and notice the moments of silence, the times when people speak freely, and the factors influencing those choices.

Meet Your Instructor
Nogol Madani is a future-focused workplace expert, speaker, facilitator and founder on a mission to reshape the way we work through facilitative leadership.
A faculty member at McGill Executive Institute and an expert trainer at Formation Infopresse, she has earned the trust of organizations such as Google, SAP, Rio Tinto, BeaverTails, C2 Montreal, Desjardins, PhysioExtra and more, helping leaders discover how they can enhance collaboration and unlock the full potential of their teams.

You will receive a form to complete your profile.

Join the Program
You will receive invitations to the weekly Zoom workshops and the Mural board as well as the guidelines.

The program includes a total of 8 hours of live sessions, spread over 4 weekly sessions of 2 hours each.
In addition to the facilitated sessions, you'll have opportunities to apply the learning in your day-to-day work and share reflections on the cohort's Mural page. We believe you will invest a total of 10 hours during this one month.

Yes! You will receive all the presentations, the mural and also a concise summary of all key concepts with a collection of practical leadership practices covered during the program.

This is a highly interactive program focused on real leadership challenges. While you’ll gain value from hearing others’ experiences and engaging with the content, you may find it harder to apply the learning directly without a leadership context.

The program runs for 4 weeks, with one 2-hour workshop each week. Additionally, you’ll spend about 30 minutes weekly applying practices with your team and reflecting on your experience.
That’s roughly 2.5 hours per week, totaling 10 hours over the month.
