This program is a hands-on, real-time learning experience. Each week you’ll join a 2-hour live, facilitated session that focuses on a key aspect of psychological safety.

Recognize the behaviors that undermine safety and explore the building blocks that strengthen it.
Begin observing your team more closely and notice the moments of silence, the times when people speak freely, and the factors influencing those choices.

Discover the behaviors that strengthen the dynamics.
Experiment with a small action from interaction labs during your team’s daily work and watch how it changes the atmosphere.

Nogol Madani is a future-focused workplace expert, speaker, facilitator and founder on a mission to reshape the way we work through people-powered leadership.

Join the Program
You will receive invitations to the weekly Zoom workshops and the Mural board as well as the guidelines.

The program includes a total of 8 hours of live sessions, spread over 4 weekly sessions of 2 hours each.
In addition to the facilitated sessions, you'll have opportunities to apply the learning in your day-to-day work and share reflections on the cohort's Mural page. We believe you will invest a total of 10 hours during this one month.

Our program is not for everyone.
We limit participation to 20 people to ensure a high-quality and safe environment where every voice can be heard. Furthermore our program is best suited to leaders who have direct reports so that they can implement changes in their team culture.

Yes! You’ll receive a concise summary of all key concepts, including the core principles of psychological safety and a collection of practical leadership practices covered during the program.

This is a highly interactive program focused on real leadership challenges. While you’ll gain value from hearing others’ experiences and engaging with the content, you may find it harder to apply the learning directly without a leadership context. We recommend this program for those who are currently leading teams or projects.

The program runs for 4 weeks, with one 2-hour workshop each week. Additionally, you’ll spend about 30 minutes weekly applying practices with your team and reflecting on your experience.
That’s roughly 2.5 hours per week, totaling 10 hours over the month.
In short, the program is designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule.
